Placing an order Online

• To search for a product you may use one of the following methods; Search by brand, by clicking on one of the brand names listed down the left hand side of the screen, search by product type, using the drop down tabs listed along the top of the screen or finally using the advanced search feature, simply type in the product name/description/code into the search box and click Search.
• Once you have found the product you are looking for click ‘add to basket’ (if you require more than one item change the quantity accordingly). You will then be taken to your shopping basket which will display the product/s you have selected and the total cost including the *Standard delivery charge.
• You may then either click ‘continue shopping’ to search for more products or click ‘complete order’ to finalise your purchase.
• Once you click ‘complete order’ you will be taken to the login screen, where you will be prompted for your email address and your password (unless you are an existing customer and are already logged in).
• Please click Register and follow the on screen instructions.

*Standard delivery charge includes UK Mainland, for all other areas including the Highlands & Islands of Scotland please email or ring us for a quote.

Delivery Times & Prices

• All deliveries require a signature unless an unattended delivery has been specified in the special instructions box whilst placing your order (not recommended for higher value goods).
• If you require an evening or Saturday delivery please specify in the special instructions box provided. If no special instructions are provided your order will be shipped as a standard delivery.

Standard Delivery (3-5days):                   £6

Evening Delivery (5:30-8:30pm):              £8 + std. del.

Saturday Delivery:                                 £15 + std. del.

Returns

• When returning any goods please fill in the online Returns form providing all the relevant information. Alternatively email or post a notice of cancellation detailing the products code and description, including your reason for the return to the addresses provided within 7 working days beginning on the day after you receive the Goods. Contact details can be found in the contact us page of our website
• When returning any goods please place them in their original packaging and make sure all labels/tags are still attached. Please include a copy of the invoice (as proof of purchase) and the returns form or cancellation email and package the goods securely ready for shipping.
• Please obtain proof of delivery and sufficient insurance from the post office and retain until the item has been refunded or exchange as we are unable to process a lost or damaged item whilst in transit.
• If the goods are accepted for return, i.e. not damaged or soiled, a product refund or exchange will be granted.
• A small handling charge/restocking fee may be applied to returned goods.
